We are looking for an AI video localization specialist / Reels maker to create English versions of existing Russian Instagram Reels.

The videos are already fully edited in Russian. Your job will be to translate/localize them into natural US English and create the English versions using AI voice cloning and lip-sync while preserving the speaker’s personality, pacing, and overall feel.

The initial scope is approximately 30 Reels, typically 0.5-2 minutes each, with the potential for ongoing work.

What the work involves
Translating/adapting Russian speech into natural US English
Reviewing and manually correcting the AI-generated translation — not simply accepting the automatic output
Making sure no words, sentences, or meanings are missed or incorrectly translated
Creating the English audio using an AI clone of the original speaker’s voice
Generating natural-looking lip-sync
Reviewing the final video for translation, audio, timing, and lip-sync issues
Delivering finished English Reels ready for publication

What we’re looking for

You do not need to be a professional translator, but you must:

Be fluent in both Russian and English
Have excellent understanding of natural US English
Be highly attentive to detail and willing to manually review and correct AI output

Have experience with AI video translation, voice cloning, and lip-sync tools

Be able to preserve the meaning, tone, personality, and emotional quality of the original speaker

Be able to produce clean, consistent, publication-ready videos

Knowledge and understanding of esoteric/spiritual terminology is desirable.

Our content includes spirituality, meditation, energy work, consciousness, healing, and other esoteric concepts. You need to understand this language well enough to recognize when an AI translation is technically literal but incorrect in context.

We have a large library of Russian-language content that needs to be translated and adapted into natural, fluent English, including:

Option 1: AI-assisted translation + voiceover
We’re looking for someone experienced with AI translation/voiceover tools who can handle the process from start to finish.

Important: We are NOT looking for someone to simply upload a video into an AI program and use the automatic output.

The translated script needs to be manually reviewed and edited for accuracy, natural English, tone, terminology, and overall flow before producing the final English voiceover.

For this content, we generally need voiceover translation rather than lip-synced dubbing.
Some videos feature multiple speakers (interviews, Q&As, group discussions), so experience handling multi-speaker content would be a big plus.

Option 2: Traditional human voiceover (Female)

We’re also open to working with a Russian-English translator who can translate the content and record a traditional English voiceover.

This is an ongoing position with a significant amount of content available for the right person.

Hi! I’m looking for a CPA to advise on the setup of a small US company with an international component.

I’m looking for someone who works with small/early-stage businesses and can provide focused consulting rather than an extensive ongoing accounting package.

The business model:

We are setting up a US company that will provide PR, marketing, business development, and operational support for an established expert/mentor based in Kyrgyzstan who is expanding into the US and international market.

The US company will handle things such as marketing strategy, social media/content operations, customer acquisition, funnels, website/infrastructure, administrative support, and development of the English-speaking market.

The company will be compensated based on a percentage of the revenue generated through this market, rather than a traditional fixed monthly marketing fee.

Customer payments may be collected through the US company, with the agreed percentage retained as the company’s compensation and the remaining amount paid to the person/business in Kyrgyzstan.

I will handle the actual LLC formation and registrations myself.

I’m primarily looking for a CPA who can advise on:

• Appropriate US entity structure and choosing a state to register in.
• How to properly structure and document the revenue-share arrangement with the Kyrgyzstan-based business/service provider
• Tax treatment of payments sent to Kyrgyzstan
• Any applicable W-8/1099 or other IRS reporting requirements
• Basic accounting setup for this model
• Review of the Operating Agreement and/or revenue-share agreement from a tax/accounting perspective
• Any major US tax/compliance issues we should address before launching

Initially transaction volume and revenue are expected to be relatively low. This is a pilot project, but if the model proves successful, we plan to replicate it by bringing on additional experts and service providers under a similar PR/marketing and revenue-share structure. Hi everyone!

I’m working on a project for someone who has a big following in Russia in the spirituality/energy healing space. She has lots of existing social media content (interviews, lectures, short reels) and prerecorded online courses in Russian. I think her work is great and quite unique, and she wants to expand into the international market.

Her English is okay, but not good enough to teach courses in English without a translator.
I’m currently working on localizing her video content. I speak both Russian and English fluently (lived in the US for the last 15 years) and I also understand the spiritual/esoteric lingo she uses. I am also familiar with her work as a student. 
I’ve tried a few AI tools.

What has worked so far:

ElevenLabs — Great voice dubbing, probably the best sound quality and emotional delivery I’ve found. I used it to translate some guided meditations and the results were great. 
Main problem: I can’t edit the script in their V2 version, and she uses a lot of specialized terminology. I also couldn’t figure out how to upload a glossary to V2 — it doesn’t seem to be an option. It’s also quite expensive.

HeyGen — From what I’ve tried, it’s the best for lip-synced dubbed videos. You can edit the script and upload a glossary.
The problem is that HeyGen’s automatic translation is too literal. So I use ChatGPT to create a better English script and then make manual adjustments when necessary.

This works, but it takes a LONG time because HeyGen segments the script, and when you edit each segment you have to get the length just right. Otherwise it speeds up or slows down the AI speech and it sounds jarring.

I’m currently only using it for short Instagram Reels. 1 minute reel takes me about 30 min.
I translated one 20-minute video this way - the result was great, but it took me almost 8 hours! Everyone I’ve shown the final videos to says they sound and look great. the issue is how labor-intensive the process is.

So I’m looking for a better workflow and eventually a way to outsource localization.

My current thinking:

I don’t necessarily need to stick with dubbing. I actually think a voice-over style might work better, especially for long-form content - keeping her authentic Russian speech quietly in the background with an English voice-over. I also think people may be more forgiving of the translation when they can clearly hear that she’s a foreign speaker.
Are there any good AI tools/workflows that can generate this kind of voice-over localization rather than dubbing?

And where would you find someone to outsource this to?
I made a listing on Upwork yesterday, but didn’t realize I was breaking their rules when I said I wanted candidates to translate the same 1-minute video so I could compare the results. Plus Upwork has rules about taking long-term working relationships off-platform.

I’m looking to hire someone long-term to create around 30–60 Reels/month, plus potentially translate longer YouTube videos and online courses.

So basically two questions:

What are the best tools/workflows for AI dubbing and voice-over localization?
**Where would you find someone who speaks both Russian and English well and can do this work?**Understanding spiritual/esoteric terminology would be a big plus.
I’m also open to training someone myself if I find a good workflow and they’re fluent in both languages.
