I am a full time core trainee. I would really some appreciate guidance in preparing for paper B. Statistics seem daunting and rest of syllabus is very vast and vague.
What are the useful resources? I understand there’s spmm but do I get all of mocks, high yields and stats? Seems too pricey. Is psychmentor any good? Should I start with it?
How much time per day/ how many months should I dedicate for the preparation?
I would also appreciate if someone would be so kind to guide me with regards to how to approach the exam? Making notes topic-wise?
Just to make my situation clear, I get stressed close to the exam and have a little one to take care so hard to dedicate a substantial time in a day.

Looking forward to get some great advise.

Is there anything like a job plan as a core psych trainee? Like if one wants to go 8-6(long days) for 4 days and then go 9-1 on the 5th day on an inpatient job? Does anything like that seem reasonable or will it be stressful working those extra hours as the sole doctor on the ward?
