Beloved Mascot
Hello!! I work for a children’s “edutainment” place in Denton. We’re unfortunately having to close, and we have an axolotl. I’ve been caring for him to the best of my ability with the budget we had. I don’t think I can take him when we close, but I truly want him to go to a good home.
We have a 40 gallon breeder that was graciously donated to us recently (that I’m paying the person back for- it’s not fair that we’re closing and their family doesn’t get anything back.) that he’s housed in.
I’m genuinely unfamiliar with aquatic husbandry, or whatever it’s called, but I’ve done my best. He hates red wigglers, gets annoyed by night-crawlers, and tolerates salmon. His favorite food to date is walmart red earthworms. What a diva. His name is Pablo, and the only request that I have besides good care is that you send me updates every now and then. I’ll miss this big guy a lot. He’s lived 8 long years dealing with toddlers, I just want him to find a good home. Please DM me for more details. If no home is found, I’ll take him and all the supplies for as long as I’m able. Trust that he won’t be left to die if no one responds.
