With the strict lowering opioids does anyone supplement for pain?

I have a messed up spine, osteoporosis, etc. Because of the strict prescribing guidelines, do you supplement your pain legally, like herbs that is acceptable with pain doctor? I only have one shoulder to lay on, my left shoulder is shot, lying on my back causes severe pain with the nerves/instrumentation. I have to get out of bed, get an ice pack & anything I can think of. I don’t sleep well. It’s fitful. Any suggestions?

Anyone use a hospital outpatient clinic to help with pain?

I’m anxious to try to get adequate care. I have osteoporosis, in need of shoulder and hip replacements, my cages in my spine need to be reconstructed but my bones are too soft. I’m in critical need of care, instead of monthly injections when I’m on bone building medication to improve my bones.

Never fails Interventional Pain. They keep you on low dose that doesn’t help and severe narrowed spine. I fear my spinal cord will get knicked trying to place a needle. Very concerned. My hips get so bad I can barely walk coming from my back. I’ve wondered about outpatient hospital PM?
