Any sign of this new law happening? I'm desperate to find a way to accommodate my youngest son in a decent home in my garden so I can divide my main house into 2 separate living spaces with a 3 bed section for my daughter and her husband while leaving enough for a one bedroom apartment for me.

Anybody know companies who can be recommended to provide these garden housing units? Good quality, well insulated and designed to be comfortable and warm. Also how my son might finance his garden home? Any and all ideas and pitfalls welcome to hear 🙏
