Bonjour, j'ai un entretien d'embauche dans quelques jours, c'est pour un baito dans un restaurant, et j'aimerais savoir si il y a des questions en particulier auquel je devrais me préparer et de façon plus générale si vous avez d'autres conseils à me donner.

J'ai un peu les questions de base, pourquoi cette entreprise, pourquoi je suis au Japon, si j'ai déjà travaillé dans le millieu, points forts points faibles.

C'est un entretien en ligne donc je me demandais s'ils étaient aussi regardant pour la tenue que sur les entretiens en face à face ( genre tant que c'est des habits propre et sobres mais pas non plus la chemise cravate, est ce que ça passe ?)

I am currently in Japan with a working holiday visa and for the current time period, I was planning to stay around Tokyo/kanagawa and work for a few months.

However, my skills in Japanese are not very good. I know the basic stuff and more, I'm probably around an N4, but I also kinda lack confidence when talking Japanese. This is also why I want to work, to try to improve my Japanese. ( I'm much better at writing and reading though).

I have been looking for jobs but I am uncertain. Konbini seems like a good option to talk regularly but I don't know if my current level is good enough to go for this. I also sent some applications to be part of cleaning staff in hotel because I used to work in one before but I'm not sure if this is a good option for something that is both doable for someone with low Japanese skills and can also allow me to talk regularly.

Do you have any advices for some specific field/baito that I should look into ?
