I'm the buyer referenced in the post "I will stop selling BC 250s on Reddit it's not worth it." He blocked me, so I can't reply there.

I paid u/FreeThePeopleNow1 $200 shipped on Sep 22. He declined PayPal over fees and sent a Stripe checkout link. The merchant on that checkout was a business called Titan Shield Cloud NJ. He said he would ship the next day. My card issuer flagged the charge for review that evening, so I told him and resent my email address. It cleared.

UPS shows he created the UPS label on Sep 23 at 4:18 PM. The UPS entry for it reads "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." I asked on Sep 23 and Sep 25 if everything was fine and got "yes." I asked for tracking on Sep 26 and he sent 1ZTP174G0323724056 which showed the package still hasn't shipped. He saying it should update by Monday. On Sep 28 I let him know again there was still no scan.

On Sep 29 he said he would look after a meeting.

On Sep 30 at 2:04 PM I told him I was opening a dispute.

At 2:10 PM on Sep 30 he said he was reprinting the label and sending it out that day.

UPS took possession at 9:09 PM that night in Secaucus, NJ. The shipment originated in Englewood, NJ and was delivered in Chicago on Oct 2 at 3:33 PM.

Packaging was insufficient for the contents. No antistatic bag, and the board slid around in the box in transit. The backplate was missing. It boots. Photos are in the album.

UPS shows delivery on Oct 2 and I did not have it until Oct 6. That gap is not his. I got a working card, I am not out any money, I'm not happy with how this all worked out and it certainly wasn't a deal. I closed the dispute

Here's the parts that don't make sense to me.

UPS shows one label and one shipment. He only sent images of the box I received which had the same label that was created on the 23rd. You would never ship 2 items with the same label.

At 2:34 PM on the 30th he said UPS never checked the box in and it was "wondering somewhere in the truck."

He also said mine was another card he had lost and that it had been three so far that he had to reship. WHAT!? UPS lost 3 boxes in a month and you are still using them?

On Sep 30 he told me he had sold over 60 cards. On Oct 7 and in his post it is 170.
