$10 pick-ups from Savers
Nothing super impressive, but for $10 each I’ll take it! Would either of these qualify for the pageant? I didn’t keep the receipts unfortunately. Savers doesn’t do returns and I just tossed them on my way out.

Hi! I'm in a bit of conundrum. I purchased thinkpad off ebay and it arrived dead on arrival. I have submitted an ebay return, but while I was poking around with it, I found out it has two more years of warrently on it.
I paid several hundred dollars for it, so I was super disappointed, but if it can be fixed, should I keep it or is it a sign of more trouble down the road?
I guess I'm asking if once a lemon, always a lemon? Does Lenovo have a track record of repairing and completely fixing something, or will is it a sign something will consistently be wrong?
I'm doing some research on old South Carolina and found this odd image of a sign selling babies for 11c. I've never seen this image anywhere before, so I thought I'd share.
The collection is described as "Post-War America (1946-1954)" but no exact year is given. The photographer is newspaper journalist named William D. Workman, Jr.
