Waiting for enough AC to buy the AFGS though. I find this setup quite balanced for all ranges. The MAKO baits AA while the S500D Packs quite a punch.

Credit where credit is due, these team mates at least dealt SOME damage to allow me to finish each one off. Last 1v1 was against a banana boat. Felt a little sorry for the guy. Hit him with my KB-X, then with the hellcat, then with the Qaher, and finally 3 sea commanches.

Seeing as it's now back for use in Ranked matches, I picked up the Hellcat for 1190AC. About 1/3rd of its peak price from last month. The rebalance has been done well to make sure you now have SOME chance of knocking out an attacking squadron. However, if you are the poor soul who's used your flares and AA defending against someone else, it will still inflict 200k+ damage without spending too much time flying towards you. The fact that it comes from only 3 weapons makes it all the more efficient. Need to time the HG-19 nuke use so that they arrive along with the anti flare Spear-EWF burst for the best chance of delivering that same scary beatdown from last month. That tactic takes actual skill to properly use now so after suffering last month, i think I'm going to have a good ranked season. 😈

3v1. Got 3 of them. Plus an assist. The most micro management I've ever done. Just.. got hit by that Ushakov's GL salvo AFTER i managed to sink him.

First time to Diamond 3. God only knows if I'll get to the Rodney before they nerf it in some way. 🤣

Hid the thing behind a mountain and constantly harrassed each enemy player in sequence till the banana boat rushed me. Proceeded to give him a face full of torpedoes and rockets from my 3x sea commanches and 2x Pinaka Mk3 just before he deployed smoke. Alka+Seawolf+Seahawk Sigma did a good job of stopping enough of his damage dealers for me to wait for the smokescreen to wear off and attack with all my aircraft again.

AS4NG plus Sea Commanche and well timed smoke usage is making it DEADLY.

In contrast to last night's match. Took them ALL down because the S5 stayed alive long enough to help take down the CDG. Two strike fighters and 4 helis throwing unflareable anti flare missiles at you is a PAIN to deal with. That things air defense is also SOLID. only about 50% of my missiles were getting through. Was able to draw his AA fire long enough for the S5 to slap him down with a full SLBM salvo. Finished him off after that.

1 v FIVE. Took down 3. THREE. Including a Massa from FULL health.That Bahia player used a well timed smoke screen at 25% health to finish me off. Just ONE guy hanging back would've won it for us. The enemy carrier was hatching eggs in a corner of the map. Would've hammered him into submission. 🤦‍♂️

Yes you do have to tolerate team mates who INSIST on going LEEEEEROY JENNNNKKINS on you in most matches. But you do find the one guy occasionally who will shield you from subs while you bring the pain from above.

Became a CV/ACV main because of the one VIP battlepass bought that gave me the Sea Commanche, Seldopit and Seahawk Sigma. All the other market equipment I've bought with grinding, selling BP equipment and the one lucky Blueshark buyout from a loot box.

If there was one piece of equipment i am glad i spent AC on, it's this one. A well placed drop of the 2 loads of anti decoy 4x tigersharks alone have come in clutch so many times against ambushes by Type-039C sub users. Combined with the Sea Commanche or Fenice, that's a solid anti sub defence that lets me hang back and support the team by harassing enemy ships behind cover with the rest of my aircraft.

Sure you need to be real careful with your HP management but i went up against this bunch and TORE through them with the current load out. Got lucky in the last few Gatchas with the white shark and Torped 62. Completely F2P.

All they had to do is hang back and let me wear down the weakest ones. But no. They all had to be heroes. 🤦‍♂️

No wonder the 4x Fenice loadout of an ROKS CVX used to melt a battleship in 20 seconds. 😅
