Girl can control her allergic shock with her telekinetic abilty
I've read this when I was a teenager (I'm turning 28 soon). I don't know if it's a book translated from English to German or if it was german to begin with. The only thing I can remember for sure is that the girl has an allergic reaction to the outside world and gets an allergic shock while not inside. She can control her allergy with her telecinetic superpower. I don't know if she has to discover her ability first or if she already knows that she has them from the beginning. She can move other things without her mind , but the special thing i remeber is that she can also control her body in such a way that she does not suffer allergic reactions. When she has to sleep outside, she has to sleep in a capsule so that she does not have an attack (while asleep, she cannot use her powers).
I also remember some details such as that she lived under a dome, But I'm not sure if my memories regarding that are mixing with other books have read. I also remember that other people had other abilities Such as controlling electricity to the point where they could shock your brain and you'd be dead in a second.
