M81 - Bode's Galaxy
After struggling for several weeks with PA, because my dumbass decided to use onstep to align instead of more traditional methods, I finally captured M81, which is also my first dso. It isn't perfect, since I was in a bit of a hurry, so I only got 15 pictures, 30" of exposure and 1600 iso each. It's not too much, but I'm very proud of it.
It seems like I got coma, but I have used a corrector for this photo. Any advices? The equipment used:
- Skywatcher 150/750 pds
- EQ5 motorized with onstep
- GSO coma corrector
- Canon 60d + T2 ring + edyson T2 to 2" adapter
This picture was taken in a bortle 6.6 zone, with a really good seeing. I haven't processed it yet.
