Feeling blissful.

I have done multiple 24hr fasts before and I could easily do that so I decided to do a 3 day fast to workup to a 5 day fast which went fine.

During the 5 day fast which I went into without much preperation, I felt great on day 1 and 2. Days 3, 4 & 5 were really hard because I felt very hungry and fatigued. I took my electrolytes since day 1 but I didn't slowly ease into the fast by switching to a ketogenic diet. All I could think about was food and I also couldn't stop myself from watching food videos.

This time I'm planning to do a 7 day water fast and I switched to OMAD for 3 days prior to beginning the prolonged fast.

I started the prolonged fast but I couldn't control my hunger again so I ended up eating chicken steak for dinner (still on OMAD) and postponing the prolonged fast to start today.

I've completed my first day and today the hunger was much lesser compared to yesterday. I also feel very calm, peaceful, music sounds so much better, brain fog is gone.

This is my first 7 day water fast attempt which I will extend to 14 days if everything goes well. I am excited. Will things be easier from here onwards?
