Itinerary Help - 14 days 13 nights in Taiwan!

Hello!

I am travelling to Taiwan for the first time this August (1st to 14th) and am hoping to have some experts review my general plans and make reccomendations.

I have been struggling with mapping out the middle of my trip, as I would love to see Alishan and Sun Moon Lake, but am very unsure how reasonable the amount of alloted time I have given is. I am also unsure about how easy it will be to get to the middle of the country.
