I liked Bullseye's costume but here's a fun hypothetical...
What if in a climactic scene with an emotional Punisher or Karen, Bullseye sets up a decoy with his own mask, slaps a target on the mask, and then they shoot two rounds through the eyes. Those bullet holes become the eye holes while the previous eye opening becomes the mouth opening.
Forcing Karen or Frank to kill an innocent a la the Doctors/Clowns incident with Joker in The Dark Knight would be damning to their psyche and prove Daredevil's "no kill" ethos right.
At which point Bullseye picks up the bloodied, bullethole ridden mask and puts it on, smiling through the opening like the psycho he is.
