What do I need prepared before I start emailing agencies?

I’m a beginner actress, with some small films under my belt and I want to start taking it more seriously as I’m starting college in the fall and want to start applying to agencies so I can get more experience. I know some of the basics of what I should have prepared to email agencies with, but I want to know if I’m missing anything, so please let me know what’s everything I should have before I start emailing agencies!

What are the best filmmaking cameras for beginners?

I’m starting college soon and I will get access to materials I need for film making, I still want to invest in my own materials, but I’m not a pro at cameras yet and I don’t know what to buy (+ I don’t want to spend 7k on a camera I don’t know how to use) can someone please give me recommendations for beginner cameras and other beginner materials I should invest in if I want to start building my film portfolio?
