help with network deals

so i already asked this sub for help regarding flicker and while i didnt complete it yet, the advice helped, however i need help with the network deals now. i play solo, and i do not know how to finish the dance network deal, reporter deal, holdthebombo deal and the donkey deal without someone else. is there anyway i can do it??? or do i need someone to help me?

how do i make flicker appear?

im trying to reach 100% completion in this game which requires me to film him. i've encountered him 3 times so far but i could never make him appear. the lights were flickering and i heard noises whenever the lights flickered but he never actually appeared. i tried staying in the same room where lights flicker for extended periods of time but he still didnt show himself. any help?
