I am currently starting work for a company abroad which has no establishment here. So I am working as a proprietor contractor as required by them. I can't seem to narrow down the best bank to open my current account with for the proprietorship to receive monthly inward remittances at a good conversion spread (I want between 15 to 70 paisa), and most are offering me a spread of 1.5Rs or at IBR (Bank/Card Rates).

Has anyone done this before or something similar, and can you please point me in the right direction?
