Both are giving me NCLC 6-7 in speaking is it even accurate?

I am facing difficulties preparing for Task 3 speaking because I heard that, to score B2+, the ideas should be well connected and sound natural.

My problem is that there are 200+ questions on different topics. How can I get familiar with them?

Trying to cram the perfect B2+ answer can lower my score if I get a follow-up question, and it is also not easy to remember so much information.

I am around B1 level right now, and do you think templates work, like using 40–50 of them to speak better?
