Creepy guest

It’s currently half an hour after this encounter and I still feel gross. I’m 22f and work night audit alone. I just had a guy pretty aggressively hit on me. Asking to kiss me and legit offered to and I quote “eat my p***y” for money. When I told him I’m not interested he still stood around looking at me disappointed then finally left. I can’t find him in our system but I have his name and he ended up giving me his phone number. I’m seriously considering calling the cops just to have it documented.

Am I over exaggerating?

“I ain’t your fucking honey”

At around midnight an hour into my shift I got a call from a guest. They stated they had been there for two days and the tv wasn’t working. I apologized and told her unfortunately maintenance is gone for the night however I could absolutely put a note in their reservation to have maintenance look at it the following day. (I don’t go up in rooms I’m alone at the hotel with no security) The woman proceeded to mumble something into the phone and I replied “pardon?” She spoke harsher and went “we found something unplugged my husband is plugging it in” I replied “oh good, okay apologies again hon is there anything else I can help you with?” The woman goes “no. And I ain’t your fucking honey” then slams the phone down. I’m from the south, names like that flow naturally in conversation however i understand if people don’t want to be called honey or hon. However there’s legit no need to be that rude and hostile. I’m honestly fed up with elite status guests treating front desk agents like garbage instead of being respectful. Was just trying to be nice and I get cussed at. Second off if you’ve been here for two days why on earth did you wait so long to report the TV not working and why didn’t you do it durning the day
