Dress Doubts! Please Help!!!
Serious dress doubts!!!
I bought my dress one month ago and it’s too late to cancel it or get any kind of refund. (Unless I sell it privately)
I’m a huge introvert, an even bigger over-thinker, and am so indecisive… therefore buying the dress was super anxiety inducing for me. I honestly kinda blacked out 😂
I love my dress… however, it comes in two styles: a pink undertone and a white undertone. I really went back and forth on which one to order. The store I bought it from only had it in the pink undertone. I had to imagine what it would look like in complete white (and I forgot to mention I SUCK at visualizing things like this!!) Ultimately I ordered the pink one because I knew I liked it in pink and I didn’t know if I’d like it as much in white. I also guessed (perhaps incorrectly) that in the natural lighting, the blush pink would look more white. I also worried the lace detail wouldn’t be very visible with a white undertone and I did like the contrast with the pink and I felt the white wouldn’t have that contrast.
Well I just found the online stock photos… and now I’m seriously doubting my decision. In theory I really want my dress to be white!!! But in real life… I just don’t know which I like better. Is it too pink? Are my guests even going to notice the pink? Should I have gotten it in white? Can you even see all the details when it’s white on white? I feel like I’d have to try it on in white first to really know but I’d first have to find a store that has it in white.
Tbh it’s too late to do an easy exchange, all sales final, the dress was ordered a month ago. I’d have to sell the pink one and order the white one. Tell me it’s all in my head or tell me to act now to make the change! Pink or white?! 🆘
