1 Day Museum Visits in Tokyo - Itinerary Check

I'm an art and architecture enthusiast, and I'm looking forward to visiting museums in Tokyo. I have dedicated one day of my itinerary on visiting some sites in Minato area.

My original itinerary had several museums to visit but I narrowed it down to a smaller list with locations in close proximity to each other so I could cover them with ease while seeing the works of my favorite architects Tadao Ando and Kengo Kuma.

Let me know if it's realistic to visit all these places at a relaxed pace within the time I've planned.

8:00 am Nogi shrine

9:00 am Hinokicho Park

10:00 am 21_21 Design Sight

11:00 am National Art Center (I might replace this with Mori Art museum, I'm torn in choosing between the two, I would appreciate any advice)

1:00 pm Lunch

2:30 pm Nezu Museum

5:00 pm Team Labs Borderless

7:00 pm  Dinner

(Take a look from outside at Suntory Museum of Art, Sunny Hills Minami Aoyama and Azabudai Hills passing on the way since I admire the architecture)

If the itinerary seems too packed, I can remove a museum or two or reschedule my Team Labs visit to another day.

Itinerary Check - Daytrip to Kibune

Hi! I will be in Kyoto first week of November. I want to take a daytrip to Kibune, let me know if I can cover all these locations at leisurely pace and if the transportation modes are correct. It's peak season so I am expecting buses to be crowded or delayed. I appreciate any advice and tips for Kibune.

8:30 am - Bus to Kawai Shrine

9:00 am - Arrival at Kawai Shrine

10:00 am - Hop on train from Demachiyanagi Station to Kurama Station.

10:45 am - On Cable Car to Kuramadera Temple

11:00 am - Arrive at Kuramadera Temple

12:00 pm - Back to Kurama Station, ride train to Kibuneguchi Station then bus to Kibune Station

1:00 pm - Arrive At Kifune Shrine, walk to Hyoue Cafe and Kifune Okumiya

3:00 pm - Walk back to Kibune Station, ride on the bus to Kibuneguchi Station back to Gion

Is it better to keep Kawai Shrine at the end and go to Kuramadera first to beat the crowd? Should I go to Kifune Shrine before going to Kuramadera or Kuramadera first and Kifune after that? Will I be able to see the autumn foliage on first week of November?

Thanks

HAKONE DAY TRIP - I don't want to go on Hakone Sightseeing Cruise

Hi! I am going to Hakone from Tokyo in November. I want to ride the Ropeway from Sounzan Station to Togendai Station but after that I do not want to go on the cruise like most itineraries suggest because I have seasickness. Are there buses from Togendai to Hakone Shrine through Kanagawa Prefectural Route 75 since that's the shortest route? Can I book the buses on the spot? Also are there buses available from Hakone-en to Hakone Shrine, I am considering visiting Hakone Mototsumiya Shrine from Hakone-en.

To summarize, my journey will potentially look like this - Tokyo to Odawara Station to Sounzan station for Ropeway to Togendai -> Hakone-en for Hakonekomagatake Ropeway -> Hakone Mototsumiya Shrine -> Back to Hakone-en through Ropeway -> Hakone Shrine -> Odawara Station -> Tokyo

Let me know if there will be buses between Togendai and Hakone-en and Hakone-en to Hakone Shrine.

Additionally, I will be taking Odakyu Line from Yoyogi-Uehara Station in Tokyo to go Sounzan Station for the Ropeway, do I need to make prior booking for the tickets ? If so how many days before the trip?

If you all have any other advice or tips for Hakone, feel free reply.

Thank you!

Why are Kyoto hotels so expensive in the first week of November ??

I get that it's peak season but last year when I checked for 3 star hotels in Kyoto for November, most of them were around 70-100 dollars per night but now I can't even find anything decent for less than 150 dollars without taxes. Why the sudden increase in prices?
