Help in sudden decline of accuracy

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice because I feel stuck.

I’ve been studying for the LSAT since December using Blueprint. My diagnostic was 150, and about a month ago I scored a 159 on my first full PT. Since then, I’ve been studying daily and trying to be more disciplined.

But over the last couple of weeks, things have gone backward. My most recent PT was a 153, and each section I’ve done this week has been progressively worse.

The biggest change is timing. I get time and a half for ADHD, and I used to finish sections on time or close to it. Now I’m leaving around 5 to 6 questions unanswered because I’m spending too long on each one, sometimes 3 to 4 minutes, trying to be perfect.

At the same time, my accuracy has also dropped, which does not make sense to me. I feel like I don’t understand what I did right to get the 159 or what I am doing wrong now.
Has anyone else experienced a regression like this? How did you fix timing and overthinking without hurting accuracy? Happy to share PT breakdowns if helpful.
