What store has the best pharmacy in the Aberdeen area? I've had several problems with Walmart - incorrect pill counts and just yesterday they quadrupled my Eliquis. Is Safeway any better?

In Aberdeen, I'm using T-Mobile for my phone and wireless internet. The wireless is consistently so slow as to be ridiculous. Can anyone recommend something better?
