Has anyone had this happen with family after results/diagnosis??

Basically, I’m a teen, still in school and live with my parents. Recently, I found out I was pre-diabetic (Hba1c 5.8). It was slightly shocking but I can’t say I was surprised (both parents are diabetic). When I got the results, my mums immediate reaction was to say that there was a problem with the reagent 🤣 and after the doctor told me what I should do, she just seemed annoyed.

Now, every time she’s making food, it’s usually just the opposite of what I need for my situation right now. When I remind her of what the doctor told me, she presses me to eat with everyone, even if I say I’ve already eaten. When I decline, she gets angry and tells me I’m already too skinny. I’m on the lower side of the weight range for my age and height, but I have more body fat and no muscle because I’m sedentary, definitely not “skinny”, and then she gets angry when I want to exercise 🥲. Anyone have any advice on how to deal with this behaviour? Or maybe had this happen to them? This has been more stressful than the diagnosis itself 👎.
