Our first 🐸!

Our first 🐸!

This is our second year of native plant gardening in a very sterile new area. There's a man-made pond behind our house and I can hear frogs in the wetlands in the farm fields (that will sadly be bulldozed in a few years). The pond is slowly wilding itself with sedges, crayfish, damsel and dragon flies, and lots of water birds so I was planning to get some frogs from the wetlands and bring them to our pond but it looks like they've found their way here! This cutie was hanging out by our shed and it looks like a wood frog. Any tips on how to make our yard better for our new frog friends are welcome!

Tour Operators (Placencia)

Hello All!

My family is heading to Placencia for 10 days in mid-November for my 40th birthday. We're looking for some great tour operators who can help us with the below tours. Also recommendations for a great birthday restaurant in Placencia would be amazing!

For the most part we're flexible with dates but would like to do an island hopping/snorkelling excursion on my birthday (November 17th). It will be my husband, MIL, 9 year old son, and me.

Monkey River Tour
Mayan Chocolate Making
Mayan Ruin
Island hopping/snorkelling (would love to see some beautiful reefs and turtles, sharks)
