I’m thinking of starting a group for young adults with back pain in the Boston area and wanted to gather interest! Back pain has greatly impacted my life (I can’t work and spend most of my days in pain) and I thought it would be nice to meet once a week or every other week outside (now that it’s nice out) and either try to walk (I can’t sit because of back pain…) or like lay down outside and just discuss things that are or aren’t working for people in their back pain journey.

Back pain is so isolating and it really feels like you are the only one experiencing something like this sometimes
