AISH to ADAP to MAID criteria
I was moved from AISH to ADAP and I have Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Well documented with MRI scans by several neurologists including Dr Koch from Calgary Foothills Hospital MS Clinic. Folks at AISH decided I should not be on AISH anymore.
- Does anyone know of anyone that remained on AISH?
I have acquired two forms from AISH that need to be filled out again by a physician and by me.
- Has anyone found a cure for MS that I am not aware of?
Without it I'm not sure wtf this is.
Can I use this as reasoning to apply for MAID? EDIT: MAiD ( Medical (lack of) Assistance in Dying) is a dead end, it was created as a campaign promise/publicity stunt that goes no where.
What is the criteria to be on AISH ?
Any help provided is much appreciated. Call me an idiot, if you must for asking, and quite frankly I have stopped caring about it as I have bigger issues to deal with.
