Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere-- I primarily play online, and have noticed since buying the game's expansions that I never see certain bonus cards anymore, like Anatomist or the ones with locations/colors in the birds' names. Do the expansion bonus cards overwrite the base game ones, and is there a way to get all of the bonus cards available at once online?
