Any runners in here have Morton’s Neuromas in both feet? I had bunions but got a bunionectomy on both feet. This is what my toes look like (I’ve got bad genes from both sides, thanks mom and dad!)
They overlap and I can usually run about 2.5km before my toes feel hot and go numb.
I have a pair of SOLE inserts with a met pad and wear Hoka Bondi 8s in the wide width. I would like to try the Altra Torins as I hear they are wide.
Does anyone have advice? Not really sure what I am looking for to be totally honest- shoe recommendations, insert recommendations, do spacers work for you? Does anyone else have the burning sensation in the toes and have Morton’s Neuromas and have anything work for them?
