Looking for a white wine vinegar mother in the Kansas City area
I have an old bottle of white wine (Corton-Charlemagne, 1970s) that I'd like to turn into vinegar. I'm looking for a compatible white wine vinegar mother to get started. I'm in the Kansas City area and can pick it up. Thanks for any leads!
