Transitioning to trades

Thinking of starting my exit plan. I finally make good money now after many years of and many trees later. I find with the technique and efficiency that I've honed over the years that I almost consider tree-planting to be a trade itself. Along with the meritocratic nature and summer camp vibes of our world, I find it very hard to leave to become a tradie. But who knows? Might be the stable boring responsible option

Money in east

Due to circumstance, I have to stick around east coast. Is there good money to be made in east such as NB, NS, etc.? I have many years of experience and have worked numerous different contracts of varying specs and difficulty.

Training wrestling in cuba

Good day everyone,

I understand the difficult logistics involved but hear me out.

I'm half Mexican and I'm fluent in Spanish. Been doing bjj for years and am keen to add wrestling to my arsenal for the overall goal of being a well-rounded fighter. Currently doing nuay thai ib thailand atm. I understand somewhere in Eurasia would be better but I like the sound of Cuba. I've always wanted to go.

Is it even possible?

Worth being a millwright for someone not mechanically gifted?

Been told that millwright is a solid and versatile trade. I didn't grow up with heaps of experience with tools and that. Not confident in my mechanical abilities. But millwright as a trade looks cool as to me. I've always wanted to get better with my hands. Has anyone here learned the trade without being mechanically gifted or experienced beforehand?

Optimizing training in Thailand

Kiaora everyone,

I am a kiwi going on holiday to Thailand. I'm coming from a grappling background and am keen to incorporate striking and move into MMA-style training.

I've trained in Thailand before. However, I was only grappling at the time and know a few amazing gyms there with great instructors and heaps of mat time.

I've done muay thai for a few months now. I'm shit. Reflexes are off. I suck shit at it.

Basically, should I do full 2x/day muay thai classes or 1x muay thai & 1x BJJ so as to keep the training balanced? I'm only a blue belt in BJJ.
