I've an old Gen 8 HP Microserver with 4 disks (non RAID config) running DSM5.2-5967. It's been running fine as a media server for about 10 years apart from the odd issue when rebooting after a power cut etc

Thinking about upgrading to something newer - What would people recommend as a good upgrade that would keep me going for another 10 years? Would like to host Plex on it etc

If I bought something like the Synology DS423, could I just move the disks across or would I need to move the data?
