Any other shops have problems with shop tools being lost?
Any other dealers here have issues with special shop tools being lost or broken? 2hr booked job takes 4hr after all the run around 😑

I run a small SaaS company here in Winnipeg building tools for the automotive industry. Looking to bring on another developer to work alongside myself and one other dev.
No experience required — my current dev came straight out of school, so I’m totally open to junior/new grad folks who are eager to learn and build real product from the ground up.
Quick rundown:
**•** Local to Winnipeg
**•** Work from home
**•** Interest in web/SaaS development
**•** Profit-sharing arrangement, happy to talk specifics in DM
If this sounds interesting, comment or DM me and I’ll fill you in.
Recently purchased a 2021 Stelvio QV in January. I say recently because I only had it for 14days/399km, and then the engine bombed itself. It took the dealer 85 days to get their shit together and replace it, and boy let me tell you I could write a book about the experience. So now I am finally driving it again, which really feels like the first time. Further to that, when originally purchased it was -40 weather so I drove it only short trips and I don’t judge anything when it’s that cold. Now that it’s warmer I am able to get a better feel for things and I’m noticing quirks. Again I’m not sure if it’s related to the engine replacement process since the vehicle was in 3000 pieces or something unrelated. Not looking to blame, just want to find a solution.
So, that all being said here is what I notice now….
When putting into drive and taking my foot off the brake it’s like the vehicle jumps hard forward. As in don’t be holding a drink or it will spill everywhere. Same when I come to a stop it acts like it’s downshifting hard and jerks hard to a stop, again don’t have a drink in your hand. One time I noticed when I put it in drive and took my foot off the brake it didn’t go anywhere until I gave it some gas, and then again the snapping sound and car jumps forward and goes. This all seems to happen more during cold starts, once I get driving more it seems to all go away.
Anyone else experience this? Thought? Appreciate any feedback and looking forward to enjoying this after such a disappointing start.
