Just ordered Merchant of Death of Amazon! Also ordered the graphic novel .

Does anyone have a framework for antibiotics on STEP3? This seems to be a consistent weak point for me in my practice reviews. I mean specifically around management not basic science. Ex. What combination of meds to give for a specific chief complaint.
