I moved to Rajkot from Ahmedabad 2 years back for family reasons. I was working freelance for foreign clients as a marketer. A year back, I said bye bye to freelancing and started a marketing agency and realised that it's a nightmare to hire a good talent in Rajkot specially in marketing for foreign clients.

In the last 10 days, I have vetted 100+ graphic designer resumes and portfolios, most are either fresher or have terrible work shown in the portfolio... Mostly small local shop logo work or normal social media work.

I have the "above industry average budget" for both profiles.

For Graphic design, looking for someone with 1.5-2+ years & video editor with 1+ years of experience.

Finally, I thought to try here. If anyone has recommendations... DM me.

Willing to pay a referral amount of 1K, if your recommendation gets hired at my company.

This year Bella dropped bollywood level bangers. And views are so low and nobody is talking about it.

Check out all these:

Kocaine

Bekaboo

Fukdat

Goodbyes

Door (2022 bella vibes)

Especially Fukdat & Goodbyes especially deserve so much more love. Goodbyes iis a pure banger. Too good.

Special shoutout to Byg Smyle. DHH needs to give its flowers to this Men. He kills when comes with Bella.

Anyone else who loves these songs?

Tujhe pata mera naam kya hai.

Ps. No, I am not talking about the legendary owner of 4 saal purane Joote. Lmao.

I haven't seen many live shows of DHH artists but judging from live performances of guests on Legacy, this is my opinion... I could be wrong.

So far I have seen farhan khan, Sambatata, Raftaar, Kr$na, Ikka as well as Seedhe Maut.

Raftaar is the best live performer by a huge mile. Sounds the same as the studio version, had seen this in live video with Chaar Diwari but saw it on Ep 11 and man he killed it.

Farhan khan, Ikka did very well and so did Sambata. But SM & $ sign are underwhelming. Lots of missed words, breath issues, doesn't sound as good (Calm is good too). I would expect people who don't release more songs because of their music shows to have WAYYY better command live performances.

What you guys think?

A year ago, the Firozi collective was formed by MC Square. Haven't seen much activity from them since the first album dropped. What happened? Anyone know?
