Good afternoon,

My family owns an apartment in a building in Larnaca, which has now, due to the District Government’s inspections, been deemed as dangerous. As a result, there’s an order to evacuate the building within 3 days.

We don’t live in Cyprus, and since it’s our first time experiencing such an incident, I wanted to ask what the outcome of this usually is.

In case they demolish the building, do they issue compensation to residents of the building?
