Removal of user accounts
Fellow experts,
My boss sent me an email asking to remove all accounts from directory and applications because these people have left the company.
Since there is no sop (we are still a startup pre-operations) stating we must leave user accounts disabled for x number of months before deletion, I replied asking him to advise when is the time to remove accounts for the reason above. Am I doing the right thing? Or should i just adhere to his instructions?

Am I underpaid or market?
I am in Singapore. I have 20 years experience doing sysadmin jobs from helpdesk to all rounder. Been A senior engineer for 10nyrs now. I have since setup/support entire company vmware, servers, cisco network, aruba, intune, azure, backups, all the standard stuffs. Nothing deep dive such as sdwan, security, advanced cisco hardening configs, system hardening.
I am paid 7k monthly.
Am i within market rate or underpaid?
Edit: SGD 7000 gross before taxes
