If Microsoft doesnt get there CoPilot squared away, I think they may be cooked

I have Microsoft stock so dont go crazy on me. I also know that Microsoft has multiple lines of businesses.

But when I opened Claude this weekend I noticed the new 'Design' feature. Simply put, I was shocked.

I made a 15 slide powerpoint with just 6-7 sentences of prompts and the product was simply great. For my real estate syndications where I make powerpoints for deals, I probably will never make a powerpoint by hand using Microsoft Powerpoint. One day I might even cancel my Microsoft Office subscription since I can make everything using Claude.

Any suggestions as to whats wrong with my tree?

I just noticed today (first picture) this weird discoloration and dark spot on my tree (ash tree?)... In the darker brown area of the discoloration it appears to be some goopy or sticky substances coming out that is dark brown, almost like a molasses consistency. I noticed this spot of the tree also may be giving off a foul odor. Its a fairly large tree that grows very fast. Typically the new leaves come out a deep green and appear healthy (picture 2). Then they start to discolor with light brown patches, and slowly start to go completely brown and the leaves will drop (picture 3). I thought, and another tree person thought, it was due to heat. Where the tree stresses and drops the leaves.

I do want to keep the tree if possible as it provides a lot of shade for the house.

Let me know if anyone has any thoughts? I have been thinking of getting someone out here to trim the tree back as it has gotten large.

Recommendations for a gutter installer?

My buddy needs some gutters, told him I would post on here to gather some names since he does not have Reddit.

He just needs two runs. One about 13 feet and the other about 27 feet.

This will also keep me from having to go over to his house and helping!

My girlfriend and I will be visiting Chile and Argentina in 11 months for vacation. Before going, we want to take some spanish lessons so we can at least get conversational in spanish before going.

I took spanish growing up and all through high school so for me the conversational talking should come back relatively quick.

We are hoping to find a native Argentinian spanish speaker to tutor us for the next 11 months. Ideally someone with experience teaching spanish in the past and is willing to do 1 on 1 lessons. We will of course pay.
