I’m thinking these are tiny scratches that are from debris striking the car. A few of them catch my fingernail. How should I go about polishing these spots off? My in-laws want to take this to a car show tomorrow, so product recommendations from local parts stores (like auto zone and the like) would be preferred.

My thought it to just buy a light polishing compound and try to polish this away by hand. But, I’m not sure what product to buy.
