can i contest this parking ticket?
Okay I need to know if I can successfully contest this parking ticket because this feels insane 😭
For the past two quarters I’ve woken up at 7am every weekday to pay for parkmobile and I’ve never gotten a ticket before. This morning I was parked in the Crown parkmobile spots like usual, woke up to buy my daily pass, and the app literally would not let me choose the daily permit option.
I tried logging out, logging back in, deleting the app, restarting my phone, redownloading everything, etc. I even took a screenshot at 7:01 because I was confused why the daily pass option wasn’t showing up.
Finally after all that it worked and I bought my pass at 7:16am. Cool. Thought it was fine.
Then I get back to my car later and see I got a $50 ticket at 7:12am 💀
Like please be so serious. I was actively trying to pay the entire time and literally have proof the app wasn’t working. I hate TAPS for this sm bro.
Do you guys think I could contest this successfully or am I fucked
