I'm looking for a mod or combination of mods that will let me start the game as a level 12 (or higher) player character, while all my companions level like normal.

I know I could just use a regular max level mod and just not level my companions, but I don't want to manage that myself as I cannot resist the temptation to click on those glowing lvl up arrows.

I can't even find a mod that makes everybody level independently, which surprises me. Is there some limitation that makes that impossible?
