Undervolt help
Hi everyone,
I’m completely new to undervolting and would like some advice from people who have experience with Lenovo Legion laptops.
My laptop is a Lenovo Legion Pro 7 16IAX10 (2025) with:
Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX
NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti Laptop GPU
32GB RAM
My goals are:
Lower CPU and GPU temperatures
Reduce fan noise
Improve efficiency and battery life when possible
Maintain good gaming performance and system stability
Since I’m a beginner, I’m looking for safe starting points for both CPU and GPU undervolting. I’m especially interested in settings that other Legion Pro 7 owners have tested successfully.
A few questions:
What CPU undervolt values would you recommend as a starting point?
Is there a preferred method for undervolting the RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU?
What software should I use for CPU and GPU undervolting?
How do you properly test stability after undervolting?
Are there any Legion-specific BIOS settings I should know about before getting started?
Any guides, screenshots, or personal experiences with this model would be greatly appreciated.
