In December 2025, I had a deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper blepharoplasty (eye lid), lower blepharoplasty (under eye), Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System (SMAS) upper and lower lips, SMAS Mid-face (M) and Lower face (L), Buccal Fat Removal, Fractional Co2 Laser lower eyelids, Fractional Co2 perioral folds (around the lips), YAG Laser on my nose.

Great news! It took another Congressional Inquiry and more filed complaints to consumer protection agencies, Mohela, and FSA. MARCH 2024 payment on my student loans FINALLY shows up as counting toward my PSLF.

Mohela billed me and took my payment in March 2024. Then, at the end of March 2024, Mohela RETROACTIVELY put me in a random forbearance and has claimed that no bill was due. I literally sent screenshots of the bill and the withdrawal from my credit union.

Today, it "suddenly" counts. Of course, neither Mohela or FSA accepted blame.

I am a scheduled September 2025 (last year!!!) 120 and filed for buyback, but kept paying instead of waiting on buyback because I want OUT.
