Every stock that Ive purchased has always dropped from the time that I purchased I've even purchased directly after the ratings change from HOLD to "strong buy".

How are you supposed to use the quant system and how are they promising that the returns are 140% when the ratings seem to change too late?

For clarification I am using the quant ratings change as buy signals and not the independent writers reviews.

This has been consistent across at least 30-40 different stocks across different sectors and market caps.
