Be nice he's a little high

I've been drawing for a few months and I've started to develop somewhat of a style and my heads are looking ok do you think I should start learning anatomy

pretty much in the title I've been practicing and although I'm far from where I want to be I'm insanely proud of this and if you have any ideas to make it look better or what I can improve tell me I'm always open to criticism and keep in mind this is extremely new of me trying to find my style and practicing with hair and such
