I ordered Rokid lens via the official link and the lens came looking like this. What happened?

I ordered Rokid AI Glasses prescription lens using the official link. The lens took 30 days to arrive, and when it did the lens was clearly the wrong size. I also think it did not arrive with the display insert on the lens.

The default lens shattered to pieces when removed in the way instructed by the official video.

What happened here?

For those saying I ordered wrong item, the item I ordered was Rokid AI Glasses, not Style glasses. The billing clearly states as much (see image 2).

Turns out this was my own mistake in ordering incorrect lenses sadly. An expensive mistake for sure XD

Have ordered new glasses and correct lens. Does anyone think this item can still be repaired for lower price than new item?
