Does this Subreddit actually think that GOBB is the greatest game ever created?

I usually see GOBB fans bond over the fact that the games started out as copy paste assets and low effort quick releases, but then started to include a lot of self irony into the franchise. The games embraced that they are not high/ premium quality and played into the silliness, which is what makes the franchise and story so enjoyable.

So, why is it that every comment and post I see seems to take this as absolute serious media and the best game ever created? Do you guys actually enjoy the gameplay, lore and quality this much to place it above all other mascott horrors? I'm genuinely confused and curious, I promise I'm not hating 🫂

Fun Fact about Savage Beast Fly

When defeating the Beast Fly for the second time, you can actually leave the arena on the right & left side without resetting the Boss, as long as you stay in the room.

This means that you can take time to heal, let the broken floor, regenerate or lure the flying enemies to you to deal with them safely (cogflies for example). That way you buy yourself some really useful breaks.

Just make sure to rest somewhere high in the room, as the Beast Fly can charge out of the arena sometimes!
