Official stress test server - 83 slots

You want higher player cap? We want it too.

But to get there we need to use stress test server and gather data from it. We are testing how far we can push 1.8 with it's improvements, on our standard official server.

Join, play, give feedback - currently running Legacy Conflict on Everon, you can find it in Server Browser, in Official tab - filter Stress or just look for biggest capacity server.

Let's prove that 83 is not unlucky number and we can have it full of players!

I will be honest with you - it's both a lot of work and a lot of fun.

On one hand I'm sitting here for multiple hours, observing graphs, catching frames and looking at numbers, waiting for spikes and analyzing the issues.

On the other hand, it's amazing to see how bigger player numbers are working out, how people coordinate, how fights evolve, how bases get build-up. There is a lot of action, roleplaying, talking about the game, testing stuff and a bit of admin abuse (cause I was the admin, that is).

Server was full (and probably still is) for most of the day. Yes, there are issues but that's the point of stress-test server. Push it until it breaks, find out why, fix, iterate.

Official Stress Test server open, 53 player slots - 17516021 EU

Hello everyone

We have new stress test open for testing and I would like to invite you to play on it, if you can. Search "Stress" in Official servers tab to find it, its number is 17516021. It is in EU timezone.

Purpose of this server is gathering performance data, which should help us with further optimizations and eventual rising of player cap on other servers.
