Pelvic tilt exposed from transitioning to BF shoes

I've been slowly transitioning to BF shoes for a few months now. As soon as I started walking in them, I immediately felt as if one leg was shorter than the other. I do not actually have that condition and several chiropractors have indicated that I have a pelvic tilt. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you overcome it?

I have forced myself to become conscious of how I stand and balance out my weight and of course walk deliberately so my 'shorter' leg doesn't slap down but I'm just wondering if there are any other tricks. My guess is time alone will work in my favor. I would like to just not have to think of it so much.
