Is this carbon frame toast?
Should the carbon seat tube be flexible like this in this place? I couldn't see any cracks inside or outside, but this flexibility and little bit of non uniformity on paint surface made me think there's no point building on this frame and apply for refund. Not sure if sound will be there but coin tap test is here too.
